Sweet yogurt bliss bites/Shrikhand Bliss Bites
Ingredients:
1.Snack Fresh pellets (insert hyperlink to buy) or AFF ready to eat Gol Guppa (insert link to buy)
- Greek yogurt- 2 cups
- ½ cup sugar or sweetener of choice
- Few strands of saffron
- 2 tbsp warm milk
- 2 tsp Cardamom powder
- Blanched almonds and chopped pistachios for garnish
To make the filling:
Add the saffron to the milk and keep aside.
Take Greek yogurt in a bowl. Add sugar, cardamom powder and saffron milk to the Greek yogurt. Whisk until everything mixes and the yogurt becomes creamy and smooth.
Make the pani puris if using pellets (link to recipe for 3 methods of cooking pellets).
Assemble:
Gently crack the top of each Pani Puri to create an opening- use the back of a spoon or toothpick or your thumb.
Fill with the yogurt: use a spoon or pipe from a cone.
Garnish with almonds and pistachios.
